The first, and most important thing you should know, is that this site is protected by SSL Secure Shopping, so you can purchase safely in the knowledge that your details are well looked after.
Once at the Cart page, you can add a promo code if you have one. You have two choices for payment, either by Debit or Credit Card.
Once your purchase is complete, you will be taken to the "Thank You " page, to confirm your order number, amount and shipping details.
If you have a discount code, this can be added on the Checkout page.
3:RETURNS / REFUNDS
Your purchase within the UK Mainland will be sent by as above within a maximum of 2 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. In the case of personalisation, please allow a minimum of 14 working days for cutting and drying of your purchase.
Wherever possible, multiple purchase items will be sent in one package.
We ALWAYS obtain a Certificate of Posting, even for small items, and when items are sent via "Royal Mail Signed For" , you will receive an email direct from Royal Mail advising you of the trackable details where applicable.
Items purchased including candles, burners and reed diffusers from the online store will have postage and packing charges added on checking out.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail using 2nd class postage up to an order value of £20. Above that, and if under 2kg in weight, all goods are sent Royal Mail Tracked48. Tracking details are provided by email for all orders over £20.
Orders above 2kg in weight, or in excess of £100 in value will be sent via courier.
POSTAGE is FREE for all orders in excess of £130.
If you require your order sending via Royal Mail 1st Class postage, or some other method, please contact us as soon as you have placed the order, quoting your order number. We are able to accommodate most requests as long as the customer covers the additional costs.
If you wish to purchase from further afield, we offer International postage, but this MUST BE ARRANGED PRIOR TO ORDERING. All postage varies dependant upon size and weight. If you would like to purchase in excess of 2kgs of goods from outside the UK, please contact us prior to purchase to obtain current postage prices.

Sometimes things have been known to go a little awry between items leaving our little online store and their arrival with the purchaser.
If this should happen, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via the link below, giving full details of the problem and lots of photos of both the damaged goods AND the packaging on arrival. You should also include your name, address, order number
Once received, further procedural information will be forwarded.
If your order is late, please note that Royal Mail do not consider items lost until 30 days from the date of posting, so we cannot action refunds / replacements until after this time has elapsed. Please note that as our items are hand-made, it will take longer to replace these items, which may be up to 14 working days prior to posting.
