A little information about what you can expect when ordering, some shipping information and returns help.

Lots of customers make one-off payments for customised items which are not on the website, and the link below allows you to click the link, enter a payment amount, log in, and you're done - money is sent in an instant.
Like other PayPal transactions, PayPal.Me payments are secure. You are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection for eligible transactions. And if you're not already a PayPal customer, you can sign up in minutes.
So, you are about to click "Add To Cart", what happens next?
The first, and most important thing you should know, is that this site is protected by SSL Secure Shopping, so you can purchase safely in the knowledge that your details are well looked after.
Once at the Cart page, you can add a promo code if you have one. You have two choices for payment, either by Debit or Credit Card, or alternatively you can checkout using your PayPal account.
Once your purchase is complete, you will be taken to the "Thank You " page, to confirm your order number, amount and shipping details.
If you have a discount code, this can be added on the CART page.
All items purchased from the online store (except ArtStore items - see below) do not have postage and packing included, but POSTAGE is FREE for all orders in excess of £130.
Other postage details are given below, and whilst UPS are our preferred courier, we reserve the right to use other couriers when appropriate.
Your purchase within the UK Mainland will be sent by as above within a maximum of 2 working days of receipt of your order if the item is in stock. In the case of personalisation, please allow a minimum of 14 working days for cutting and drying of your purchase.
Wherever possible, multiple purchase items will be sent in one package.
We ALWAYS obtain a Certificate of Posting, even for small items, ans when items are sent via "Royal Mail Signed For" or "Royal Mail Trackable 24 or 48", you will receive an email direct from Royal Mail advising you of the trackable details where applicable.
If you wish to purchase from further afield, we offer International postage, but this MUST BE ARRANGED PRIOR TO ORDERING. All postage varies dependant upon size and weight. If you would like to purchase in excess of 2kgs of goods from outside the UK, please contact us prior to purchase to obtain a postage price.
Orders are provided by B2CPrint Ltd and usually shipped out within 3 business days and arrive within 9 to 12 days.
Every product goes through the quality check before sending it out, and all products ordered through ArtStore are packed professionally to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. They work with only the most reliable shipping services to keep your products safe.
All ArtStore packages come with the branding of the local printing company.
3:RETURNS / REFUNDS
KG Creations is sure you will be more than happy with your purchase from our online store. However, in the unusual event that you have a problem, please contact us immediately in order that we can help. If your item was purchased via the ArtStore, please see below.
Sometimes things have been known to go a little awry between items leaving our little online store and their arrival with the purchaser.
If this should happen, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via the link below, giving full details of the problem and lots of photos of both the damaged goods AND the packaging on arrival. You should also include your name, address, order number
Once received, further procedural information will be forwarded.
If your order is late, please note that Royal Mail do not consider items lost until 30 days from the date of posting, so we cannot action refunds / replacements until after this time has elapsed. Please note that as our items are hand-made, it will take longer to replace these items, which may be up to 14 working days prior to posting.
ArtStore purchases ONLY.
If your Artstore order arrives damaged or if the product is defective, you should contact B2CPrint Ltd directly via email@example.com to return it within 7 days of the delivery date.
They will investigate and if relevant, will refund them for the damaged or defective items, or replace it at their discretion.
