Bengt Jansson

Bengt "Benga" Jansson former Swedish international,  runner up in the 1967 World Final.
Rode for West Ham, Edinburgh Monarchs, Hackney Hawks, Reading Racers, and finally the Birmingham Brummies. As a Hackney rider he won the 1971 London Riders' Championship.
 
This is 28x39cms and hand-cut in wood using a scroll saw, painted and then mounted onto a 6mm backing sheet. Please note the watermark is not on the original artwork.
