Notts County name plaque

Have any name added to a 1970's single Notts County magpie, an ideal birthday or Christmas present. Or even Mother's Day or Father's Day! They are the perfect size for a bedroom door.
 
This particular one with the name "Ian" is approx. 14cmx11cm, but obviously the size would be determined by the name requested. The Magpie logo alone is approximately 14cm square, and created from 4mm MDF, and cut using a scroll saw, painted and then mounted onto a 6mm backing sheet.
