Ever wondered how we make the scroll saw race jacket artworks?

Well, wonder no longer!

Now you can watch the number 5 from the Belle Vue 1997 race jacket being made from start to finish in the short video below.

Looks so simple, until you realise that this process has to be done with EVERY individual piece in the race jacket!

Each design is drawn out by hand, cut using a scroll saw and then the pieces have to be split into each colour for the painting process, before being put back together like an ornate jigsaw for finishing.
